I Did It!!!

so i finally lost the 20 lbs that I was talking about on my Boss hog blog!

except!

Guess what I got pregnant right after.!!

so yep

Thursday the 27th at 8PM I dropped my 20 lbs only it is much cuter

We are calling him PEDRO! because my man is contemplating his name.

They say time heals everything...........

as things happen when everyone gets together.... My little isabellie got her thumb in a door. Rouch!!!!! At first glance I just knew she might lose the whole top of the thumb the door got it pretty good.


with alot of love and patience her thumb began to heal......this is about one month later....

of course it being warmer and almost summer-keeping her out of the water is nearly impossible!!

after her bath I always let it air out before I wrap it again.... her nail was so loose she just finished taking it off....look how beautiful it healed the nail is even coming in underneath!! Her little buddy is going to be happy to see her thumb!

Honey and a Lil' Biscuit

We bought our pony HONEY at a Amish auction last summer.

I woke up this morning and the kids said " Mom Honey had a pony!".

We didn't even realize she was going to have a pony, so needless to say it has been a very eventful day.

I asked the kids " What goes real good with honey?", and soon after Biscuit received her name.

What a deal!!

My Favorite Things

Oh My Golly-tamale! Sometimes it is so worth it to get out of bed in the morning! Headed to town today not really having a plan to go to any yard sales happenend to see "SALE" sign with an arrow and decided to go. If you know Me-you can see that I was one happy girl. The prices were to die for. I love all my new finds and hope you enjoy them also. Can't wait to put them in the log house. This is staircase of house! How fun.

What are you going be when you grow up?

You know I was teasing my man the other day saying something like " you know I bet when you where a boy you had an image that you would grow up to be Bo or Luke Duke but the reality is your just a "Boss Hogg"!

Whoops I should have thought about that one first he said " yep, so that makes you my wife LULU", I had forgotten about ol' LULU.

The truth is I sure feel like a LULU lately and of course it always gets me to thinking about the New year, a fresh start, a decision. I came to the conclusion that even if I made a effort just 5 lbs a month ( think small, baby steps) at the end of 2009 I could be exactly where I want to be. A "Daisy Duke"!! That is only a pound a week, I CAN DO IT!!!!
